50th Post:)

Okay so I don't have anything super exciting to blog about but we did have a nice break from the day to day and went to Laramie, Wy for a few days this past weekend. Michael interviewed for UW Masters program in Counseling on Friday. We got to see some old friends and visit some old places of memories.

Okay so here's the story. I had my last prenatal doctors appt. on April 17, 2008. We had to wait forever and when we were done I was STARVING! Since, I was told our baby should arrive sometime early the next week, we decided to go eat out one last time as just a couple with no children. So we went to a FANTASTIC Mexican resturant called Corona Village. I ate my food so fast and it was just sooo good! Michael and I were just talking about how excited we were for the new baby and wondering if it would be a boy or girl. All of a sudden I felt something warm cascade down my leg. Yes, my water broke in a crowded resturant! We got a hold of our waiter and he brought us a box and check and we left for the house to pick up our bags (we had just packed :) and headed to the hospital. Needless to say my water didn't trickle I felt like a flood warning! Well, the next morning, April 18 we welcomed our adorable little boy into our family!

So our first dining experience in Laramie was to revisit the place of excitment (they have changed all the seats since then in case you were wondering:)

On Friday night we were able to have dinner at Chili's with Michael's sister Jana and her husband Nic and Michael's brother Levi and his girlfriend Lexi (sp?). It was fun to see everyone and have a great meal!

We came home Saturday and stopped in Rawlins and had lunch with Michael's sister Genesa and her husband Aaron at thier house. Nathan got to watch part of Flicka and was estatic over the horsie!!

All in all it was a fun weekend and great to see family!! Hope you have a great week!
